Returns Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality fitness and health drinks to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific returns policies in place to ensure safety and compliance with UK legislation.

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue.

Incorrect Orders: If we have sent you the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and send the correct item as soon as possible.

Non-Perishable Items: For items such as accessories or merchandise that are non-perishable, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods such as fitness and health drinks once opened.
Any products that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.

Return Process

Authorisation and Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return authorisation and instructions if the return is approved.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Exemptions and Legal Compliance

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund for faulty goods within 30 days of purchase.
